From a young age, I always had a technical desire to do creative things. In high school I learned Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe. That kind of re-sparked my interest in that field. I’m taking HTML web design classes, so that has a lot of mockups, user research and wireframing.

Following diet trends has become increasingly popular and accessible in the digital age. Readers can learn all about new ways to become “healthier,” physically and spiritually. One diet that gains popularity by the day is vegetarianism.

The basic understanding of a vegetarian is someone who does not consume meat, poultry or fish. There are also three types of vegetarians — lacto-ovo-vegetarians, lacto-vegetarians, ovo-vegetarians and lacto-ovo-vegetarians.

Well, you’re definitely not the only one! Getting to the gym is the easy part — but figuring out what to do when you get there can be a lot more complicated. There are several ways you can train your body in the weight room throughout the week, and these are called “splits.”

What’s the best split for you? The two most common types are push, pull, legs (PPL) and upper, lower (UL).

I’ll be working over break at Target, and that’s about it. I love working there because it’s family-oriented and everybody knows each other. We’re all super-connected, and I just really like my coworkers! I’m a team captain of our e-commerce fulfilment team. It’s not the worst way to spend break!

So, I actually normally go to the gym five times out of the week. I haven’t been able to get back on that schedule yet, I’m still trying to fit it in with my school schedule. I feel like I’ve been adjusting pretty well back to the homework. I’m normally on a pretty consistent work schedule, so fitting in school wasn’t too difficult.
