Jeremy Beren is a Copy Writer at the SDFC and one of the minds behind Devils in Depth. In Part One of the two-part series, co-author Julio Lugo sat down with Jeremy and asked him his thoughts on the themes covered this semester.

College can be anxiety-inducing even under normal circumstances. Vinyasa is a popular style of yoga that focuses on dynamic, flowing sequences of poses. This Vinyasa class, taught by Hannah Rose, is great for beginners and experienced yogis, as you can tailor the moves to your preferred level of difficulty.
