Do you wake up feeling like you haven’t even rested during the night? If you’re like the average college student, chances are pretty high. Not getting enough sleep makes it hard to be awake and can affect our performance, too, so it’s important to learn why and how we can repair our sleep.

What happens when we are sleep deprived:

Fox’s comedy-horror series Scream Queens was cancelled in 2016 after just two seasons.  Although its hospital-set second season suffered a noticeable decline in quality, the first season can stand on its own.  The series was created by Ryan Murphy and starred Emma Roberts and Jamie Lee Curtis. 

Most of the classes at ASU this fall are on Zoom.  Many students are new to learning via Zoom, while others might want to improve their remote learning experience.  Here is a list of suggestions that will allow you and your peers to get more out of learning on this platform.  Following these tips will make remote learning feel more natural.

Excessive stress can make everyday activities difficult or even painful. We all know what it’s like to weigh your options as another academic year nears its end — you may really want to catch up on sleep after that last all-nighter rather than get up and go to class.

Stress can stem from many different factors, but that doesn’t mean you have to let it ruin your daily life — especially at important times. Stress management gives you an opportunity to take charge of your own thoughts, habits and schedules.

Most of us know that consuming a healthy diet including adequate fruits and vegetables is important for staying healthy, from keeping our immune systems healthy to reducing risk for chronic diseases later on.  More research is demonstrating that what we eat also plays an important role in our mental and emotional health, and that can affect you right now, not just decades in the future.
