ASU Statement on Drug-Free Campuses

It is the goal and policy of Arizona State University to provide a drug-free environment for all university students and employees. To achieve this goal and to comply with federal law, ASU prohibits the unlawful sale, manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession, and use of controlled substances on its property or as part of any of its activities. Students, faculty, staff and visitors of any ASU campus, whether in Arizona, California, or the District of Columbia, are advised to become familiar with federal, state and local laws regarding alcohol and other drugs in accordance with the campus location.

The ASU Drug & Alcohol Prevention Programs report is provided to instruct students, faculty, staff and visitors on the relevant standards of conduct, sanctions, health risks, treatment programs, and prevention efforts regarding alcohol and other drugs at ASU.
